Nem igaz, hogy csak a SZAKSZ érzékeli azokat a problémákat, amelyek a munkahelyeken az egyre növekvő feszültséget és a már kezelhetetlennek látszó munkaerőhiány okozta foglalkoztatási gondokat jelenítik meg. Az ÉMKK Zrt. debreceni javítóbázisán dolgozó munkavállalók nem tudják elfogadni, hogy a túlóra lehetőségének megszüntetésével a havi keresetük lecsökkent, és az ígéret ellenére sem lett a korábbi bértömegből, a munkavállalók számára egy elfogadható mérték alapbéresítve.

Korábban a műszaki dolgozók besorolási bérét a Hajdú Volán Zrt. azért tartotta a szakmai átlagnál alacsonyabb szinten, mert a műszaki területen a túlórákra kifizetett bérpótlékkal kompenzálta az alacsonyabb órabérek esetleges negatív hatásait. A társaságok összevonása után a túlórák elrendelésének lehetősége ma már a nullára csökkent, többségében maradtak a 900 Ft alatti órabérek, és ezáltal csökkent a munkavállalók fizetése.

Ezzel lett tele a töke a karbantartóknak – mivel főleg férfiak dolgoznak a szakmában – és keresték meg ma a SZAKSZ-ot, hogy csináljon valamit, mert ez már tovább így nem folytatódhat. Az érintett tagjaink a sztrájbalépéstől sem riadnának vissza.

De mielőtt ez megtörténne, természetesen a SZAKSZ megvizsgálja ennek jogszerűségét és abban az esetben, ha a jogi képviselőnk a héten zöld utat ad az egyeztetésnek, akkor megkezdődhet a sztrájk előtti kötelező hét napos egyeztetés kezdeményezése az ÉMKK Zrt-nél. Ez után lehet jogszerűen sztrájkot tartani. Megfontoljuk, hogy a sztrájk követeléseinkbe a társaság részéről a SZAKSZ-al történő normális munkakapcsolat kialakításának igényét is megjelenítsük.

Az ÉMKK Zrt. és a SZAKSZ közötti munkakapcsolat hiánya lehetetlenné teszi szakszervezetünk érdekvédelmi tevékenységét, mivel Pelcz Gábor vezérigazgató úr nem hajlandó válaszolni a SZAKSZ leveleire és elzárkózik a szakszervezet által kezdeményezett konzultációk megtartásától is. Abban az esetben, ha a vezérigazgató a héten nem tesz eleget az Mt. és a helyi kollektív szerződésben előírt kötelességének, akkor a munkáltató jogellenes magatartásával kapcsolatban az illetékes bírósághoz fordulunk illetve a társaság vélelmezett járulékfizetési szabályszegésével kapcsolatban pedig a NAV-nál teszünk bejelentést.

Az is egyre jobban borzolja a kedélyeket és okoz jelentős elvándorlást az autóbuszvezetők körében, hogy a közlekedési saját hibás balesetekből eredő károk egy részét – ennek nagyságrendje társaságonként eltérő – a kárt okozott munkavállalóval a társaságok megtéríttetik. Teszik ezt úgy, hogy tudják a munkáltatók, hogy az autóbuszvezető már a béréből is alig tud megélni és mégis odavágják a kártérítést a dolgozójuk nyakába. Rokkanjon bele! Van olyan társaság, ahol ez a mérték a több százezer forintot is elérte. Ezek után lepkehálóval sem tudnak autóbuszvezetőt fogni és csodálkoznak, hogy senki nem vállal munkaviszonyt, az ilyen körülmények ismeretében.

Több területen a munkakörülmények is kritikán aluliak! A DDKK Zrt-nél 50 millió forintért vettek a vezetőknek 4, vagy 5 db. személygépkocsit úgy, hogy az autóbuszvezetők pihenőhelyiségeibe több olyan bútor is van ami már a nagykorúságához közelít, és annak használhatósága is megkérdőjelezhető. Például az egyik autóbuszvezető nadrágját, egy kiálló rugó szakította szét, még jó, hogy személyi sérülés nem történt. Többször jeleztük a problémát! A válasz az volt, hogy a beruházási bizottság még nem döntött, „Ej ráérünk arra még!”, de a személyautók beszerzésénél nem volt ez a Pató Pál úri magatartás a munkáltató részéről.

Továbbra is gyakorlat, majdnem mindegyik társaságnál, hogy a munkaidőalapot annyira lecsökkentik (rendelkezésre állási idő), hogy az évi rendes szabadságok kiírásával érik el az autóbuszvezetők havi törvényes foglalkoztatását. Az érintett munkavállalók pedig a bérelszámolásuk dokumentumaiból értesülnek a szabadság kiadásáról, holott erről a kiadás előtt 15 nappal köteles lenne a munkáltatónak a munkavállalóját értesíteni.

Az is eléggé megterhelte a szakszervezetek és a munkáltatók közötti kapcsolatot, hogy az idei évre szóló bérfejlesztést több helyen még a mai napon sem hajtották végre!

Úgy érzem egy időzített bombán ülünk, mivel a közlekedési ágazatban dolgozó munkavállalók nem érzik a Magyar gazdaság kedvező hatásait. Minden nap egyre közelebb kerülünk ahhoz, hogy a munkavállalók kezükbe vegyék sorsuk irányítását – jöhetnek a spontán munkabeszüntetések -, ha a munkáltatók, a tulajdonos és a szakminisztérium nem fog tárgyalásokat kezdeni a szakszervezetekkel, a szakma bérfelzárkóztatásáról.

A Nemzeti Fejlesztési Miniszter, Dr. Seszták Miklós miniszter úr a mai napig nem válaszolt a SZAKSZ levelére, amit 2016. április 18. napján postáztunk részére és amiben továbbra is a három éves 50 %-os mértékű bérfelzárkóztatásról az egyeztetések megkezdését kértük.
