Ezért, ha a KKSZ és a KMSZ a munkavállalók előtt meg akarja tartani szavahihetőségét és a tagjaik bizalmát, akkor gőzerővel szervezniük kell a demonstrációt és ezzel a nyomásgyakorlással kell elérni a magasabb mértékű bérfejlesztést.

Felhívnám a két szakszervezet figyelmét, hogy hétfőn jól gondolja meg azt, hogy milyen megállapodást köt a munkáltatói szövetséggel! Abban az esetben, ha elfogad egy 3,4 %-ék alatti béremelési ajánlatot a munkáltatói szövetségtől, nagyon megnehezíti, akár el is lehetetleníti a DDKK Zrt-nél folytatott bértárgyalásokat.

Az AKSZSZ és a SZAKSZ is úgy gondolja, hogy 3,4 %-nál kevesebb mértékű bérfejlesztésre a „VOLÁN” szakmában nem kerülhet sor.

Abban az esetben, ha hétfőn, március 2-án megállapodnak a szakszervezetek a munkáltatókkal, arra semmilyen garanciát nem fognak kapni a munkavállalók, hogy a megállapodás maradéktalanul minden társaságnál és azon belül minden megyében, azzal a mértékkel nőnek majd a fizetések. Információink szerint az idei bérfejlesztést, a területek közötti bérkülönbségek csökkentésére is kívánja a munkáltató fordítani, tehát valószínűsíthető, hogy lesz olyan megye, ahol bérfejlesztésre nem kerül sor.
