A Dél-dunántúli Közlekedési Központ Zrt-nél, 2015. február 27-én a bértárgyalás negyedik fordulóján sem sikerült az ez évi béremelésről, a szakszervezeteknek megállapodni a munkáltatóval. A társaság 2,2 %-os bérfejlesztésre tett javaslatot, amit a szakszervezetek nem fogadtak el.
A szakszervezetek figyelmeztették a munkáltatói oldalt, hogy mivel 2015. február 28. napjáig nem sikerült megállapodni a 2015. évi bérfejlesztésről, a munkáltató nem teljesítette a kollektív szerződésben vállalt kötelezettségét, ezzel a magatartásával a SZAKSZ-ot a sztrájk, míg a KKSZ DDKK Zrt. Területi Szervezetét a demonstráció megtartására készteti.
A bértárgyalás ötödik fordulójára, 2015 március 4-én 9 órai kezdettel kerül sor.
