A mai napon 2017. október 8-án, a Tüke Busz Zrt. munkavállalóinak egy csoportja úgy döntött, hogy megalakítja a Szolidaritás Autóbusz-közlekedési Szakszervezet Pécs Városi Közlekedés Alapszervezetét. Az alakuló ülésen jelenlévő munkavállalók elfogadták a SZAKSZ Alapszabályát és kiállították a belépési nyilatkozatukat, ezáltal megalakult az Pécsett a SZAKSZ legújabb alapszervezete.
A következő napirendi pont keretében a szakszervezeti tagok megtették jelülésüket az Alapszervezet elnöki tisztségére és a Választmány tagjára. A jelölés után a tagság egyhangú nyílt szavazással Raposa Gábort az Alapszervezet elnökének, míg Dávid Zoltánt a Választmány tagjának választotta meg.
A taggyűlés úgy döntött, hogy a SZAKSZ elnöke tájékoztassa a Tüke Busz Zrt. vezérigazgatóját a SZAKSZ alapszervezetének létrehozásáról és a képviselők személyéről. Továbbá központilag és dokumentáltan küldje meg a tagdíjlevonási nyilatkozatokat a munkaügyi osztálynak.
A megalakult alapszervezet tagjai célként fogalmazták meg, hogy nagyon rövid időn belül el kívánják érni a társaságnál a reprezentatív szintet, ami alapján kollektív szerződés kötési képességet szerez a szakszervezet a munkáltatónál.
Ezzel a mai napon a SZAKSZ az első városi közlekedési társaságánál szerzett képviseleti jogot és mindezzel együtt öt munkáltatónál, közel 1 700 taggal van jelen a közösségi közlekedésben.
