A mai napon, 2020. január 28-án a V-Busz Kft. és a SZOLIDARITÁS Autóbusz-közlekedési Szakszervezet (SZAKSZ) képviselői elkezdték az ez évre szóló keresetfejlesztésről szóló egyeztetéseket. Korábban már a SZAKSZ írásban közölte a munkáltatóval a bérfejlesztési igényét, amit 15 %-ban határozott meg, ezzel szemben a munkáltatói oldal a mai napon egy 6 %-os jövedelemfejlesztésre tett javaslatot, amit szakszervezetünk még tárgyalási alapként is elfogadhatatlannak tartott, így a megbeszélést a felek berekesztették, felfüggesztették.
A V-Busz Kft. vezetője tájékoztatta a munkavállalói oldalt, hogy a holnapi napon, január 29-én a mai tárgyalásról tájékoztatni fogja Veszprém város polgármesterét, aki a – képviselő testületen keresztül – a tulajdonosi jogkört is gyakorolva, határozhatja meg a V-Busz vezetése számára, azt a mozgásteret és ezen belül azt a mértéket, amiből V-Busz Kft-nél a 2020. évi bérfejlesztés megvalósítható.
A V-Busz és a SZAKSZ képviselői egyetértettek abban, hogy mindent megtesznek annak érdekében, hogy a felek, 2020. február 15. napjáig aláírják a társaság munkavállalóit érintő bérfejlesztéséről szóló megállapodást.
A SZAKSZ kijelentette, hogy abban az esetben, ha 2020. február 15.napjáig nem sikerül a V-Busz Kft-nél dolgozók ez évi keresetfejlesztéséről megállapodni, akkor a munkavállalók körében a SZAKSZ felméri a munkáltató irányába megnyilvánuló nyomásgyakorlási eszköz (a szakszervezetnél a felmondások letétbe helyezése, sztrájk) alkalmazásának esetleges támogatását.
A SZAKSZ abban érdekelt, hogy a keresetek növekedése kétszámjegyű legyen és ezt a munkáltatóval kisebb konfliktusokkal, a tárgyalóasztalnál érje el.
