A mai napon szakszervezetünk arról értesült, hogy Kapcsos Károly mátészalkai autóbuszvezető Mátészalkán és Fehérgyarmaton agitálja a SZAKSZ tagjait, hogy lépjenek ki a Szolidaritás Autóbusz-közlekedési Szakszervezetből és lépjenek be a Munkástanácsba, mivel a SZAKSZ nem a munkavállalók elvárasa szerint képviseli tagjait. Kapcsos Károly szerint az elfogadhatatlan, hogy a SZAKSZ elnöke folyamatosan a nagy nyilvánosság előtt sérti meg Pelcz Gábor vezérigazgatót, aminek a negatív következményeit a munkavállalóknak kell elszenvedniük.

Ezek után felhívtam Kapcsos Károly autóbuszvezető kollégánkat és megkérdeztem tőle, mivel indokolja ezt a magatartását és azt is, hogy milyen viszonyba áll jelenleg szakszervezetünkkel. Kapcsos Károly közölte, hogy a napokban visszavonta a SZAKSZ-nak adott tagdíjlevonási nyilatkozatát és belépett a Munkástanácsba. Ezáltal megtudtam, hogy Kapcsos Károly, aki a SZAKSZ mátészalkai munkahelyi szervezet tisztségviselője volt, elég sunyi módon hagyott el minket, még azzal sem tisztelte meg szakszervezetünket, hogy a kilépéséről saját maga tájékoztassa az alapszervezet elnökét.

Azt is megkérdeztem Kapcsos úrtól, hogy mi az indoka, hogy kilépett szakszervezetünkből és a Munkástanács tagsága mellett, a többi munkatársát is arra biztatja, hogy kövessék az ő lépését. Kapcsos úgy válaszolt, hogy nem akar Szabó Ferenc sorsára jutni és nem tetszik neki, hogy én vagyis a SZAKSZ elnöke folyamatosan igazságtalanul támadom az ÉMKK Zrt. vezérigazgatóját. Számon kért, hogy miért nem tárgyalásos úton rendezzük a problémákat. Mindezek alapján megállapíthatjuk, hogy Kapcsos Károly ezek szerint egyetlen egy cikkünket sem olvasta és így nem értesült arról, hogy Pelcz vezérigazgató egyáltalán nem akar szakszervezetünkkel tárgyalni. Pelcz Gábor vezérigazgató a napokban a munkaügyi adatszolgáltatást is megtagadja! Mit akar a SZAKSZ előtt eltitkolni a vezérigazgató?

Érdekesen alakulnak a dolgok az ÉMKK Zrt-nél. Pár hónappal korábban:

kirúgják Szabó Ferencet a SZAKSZ megyei és régiós elnökét,

az AKSZSZ-ből indoklás és testületi döntés nélkül kilép egy miskolci székhelyű szakszervezet,

a Munkástanács területi vezetőjét tisztségében nem erősítik meg és még a társaságtól is közös megegyezéssel távozik,

a társaság telephelyeire történő szakszervezeti tisztségviselők belépését korlátozzák,

a társaságnál korlátozzák a szakszervezetek tájékoztatási lehetőségét, cenzúrázzák a tájékoztatások tartalmát,

a vezérigazgató üzleti titok kategóriájára hivatkozva, nem adja meg a SZAKSZ részére a munkaügyi és bér, jövedelem adatokat,

most pedig egy volt tisztségviselőnk megvilágosul és a SZAKSZ ellen fejt ki ellenpropagandát!

És sorolhatnám, mert itt még nincs vége!

Hiába fordulunk a bírósághoz, a jelenlegi munkajog alapján a munkáltatói mulasztásoknak nincs következménye, mivel a bíróság nem szankcionálja a társaság törvénysértő mulasztását.

Mi marad számunkra? A nyilvánosság, amit Kapcsos Károly rossz néven vett.

Azért a beszélgetés végén nem tudtam megálli, hogy megkérdezzem Kapcsos kollégánkat azzal kapcsolatban, hogy támogatja-e a SZAKSZ 50 %-os három éves bérfelzárkóztatási követelését és az esetlegesen meghirdetett sztrájkot? A válasza az volt: „most erre nem tudok válaszolni, az olyan messze van még”. Mese, mese, mese! Kapcsos kollégám nem kell sokat várnunk arra, hogy megtudjuk, hogy a megtett lépésed mögött mi (kik) áll (állnak) és mi az igazság!

Mindazon tagjaink, akik egyetértenek Kapcsos Károly volt tagunkkal, nyugodtan kövessék példáját, hiszen a szakszervezetünkbe történő belépést is önkéntes alapon történt és a kilépés is így történhet. A rendszeresített kilépési nyilatkozatokat az alapszervezet elnöke biztosítani fogja.

A munkáltatónak tett tagdíjlevonási nyilatkozat visszavonása nem jelenti a tagsági jogviszony megszűnését! Az alapszabály szerint a szakszervezethez is be kell jelenteni a tagsági jogviszony megszüntetését!
