Arról volt szó, hogy a Volán társaságok átalakításával a munkavállalók nem járhatnak rosszul. Az MNV Zrt-nél többször megtartott egyeztetésen, mely a régiósítást is érintette, a tulajdonostól egyértelmű ígéretet kaptak a szakszervezetek – ezáltal a munkavállalók is – hogy az egybeolvadással a munkavállalók szerzett jogai nem csorbulhatnak, bérük és jövedelmük nem csökkenhet. Egyre több információt kap szakszervezetünk arról, hogy ez nem így történt!

Ez a legutóbbi megkeresés, ami egyértelműen igazolja, hogy az átalakulások kapcsán valami hiba csúszott a számításokba. Mivel az MNV Zrt. társaságokért felelős igazgatója nem tud ilyen ügyekről, valakik nagyon félretájékoztatták az igazgató urat. Az MNV Zrt. úgy tudja, hogy minden rendben van és az átalakulás sikeres volt. Lehet, de ezt a sikerélményt a munkavállalók nem érzik!
A SZAKSZ meg van győződve arról, hogy a régiósítás miatt a megyék között keletkezett bérkülönbségeket nem tudják a közlekedési központok önerőből kigazdálkodni. Több olyan kollektív szerződést kötöttek a társaságok a felelőtlen szakszervezetekkel, ami jogszabályokba ütközik, és még így sem tudták a problémát kezelni, ami a megyék közötti bérkülönbségeket okozza.
A tulajdonoson keresztül a kormány segítségére van szükség. A társaságok átalakításának költségeit, ilyen a régión belüli felzárkóztatáshoz szükséges megemelkedett bérköltség is, a kormánynak veszteségfinanszírozásban kell biztosítani a társaságok számára. Az nem lehet, hogy ahol magasabb volt a bérszínvonal, az ott dolgozó munkavállalóktól elveszi és ezt a bértömeget átcsoportosítja a munkáltató az alacsonyabb bérszínvonallal rendelkező megyékbe, bérfelzárkóztatás címén. Az sem érthető, hogy pl. Szombathelyen, ahol a legalacsonyabb volt a bérszínvonal, a régiósítással, hogy csökkenhettek a bérek. Attól tartok, hogy ez a kérdés általánosan megfogalmazható az összes megyére.
A SZAKSZ levélben fordul a MNV Zrt. társaságokért felelős igazgatójához, hogy nagyon rövid határidőn belül hívja össze a társaságok vezetőit és a képviselettel rendelkező szakszervezeteket, a régiósítás során keletkezett bér és jövedelem csökkenés okainak tisztázására.
