A Dél-dunántúli Közlekedési Központ Zrt. vezérigazgatója, a mai napon a Szolidaritás Autóbusz-közlekedési Szakszervezet (SZAKSZ) számára eljuttatott levelében módosította a társaság korábbi 2015. évi keresetfejlesztési ajánlatát. Mindezekkel együtt kérte a szakszervezetet, hogy 2015. március 23-án folytatódjanak a bértárgyalások.
A munkáltató újabb ajánlatával teljesülni látszik a DDKK Zrt-nél, a SZAKSZ korábbi 5,2 %-os bérfejlesztési követelése, ezért a SZAKSZ a sztrájkot jövő héten nem kezdi el és a bértárgyalásokat folytatja a munkáltatóval.
Abban az esetben, ha sikerül a jövő héten végleges bérmegállapodást kötni a régióban a munkáltatóval, akkor a sztrájk megtartása okafogyottá válik. Sikertelen bértárgyalás esetén – aminek a munkáltató ajánlatának ismeretében, nagyon kicsi a valószínűsége – a SZAKSZ a következő hónapban újra meghirdeti és megtartja az öt napos munkabeszüntetését.
