A Gemenc Volán Zrt. felső vezetői közül vannak többen, akik nem tudják elfogadni a SZAKSZ jelenlétét, érdekvédelmi tevékenységét a társaságnál. Míg a Kapos és a Pannon Volánnál a működésünk nem jelent problémát, addig a Gemenc Volán egyes vezetői – akik közül többen már betöltötték a törvényes nyugdíjkorhatárt – napi munkaidejük jó részét arra fordítják, hogy szakszervezetünk tisztségviselőit, – azon keresztül tagjait – megfélemlítve, munkájukat és munkavégzésüket megnehezítve, próbálják elérni, hogy szakszervezetünket elhagyják.

Abban az esetben, ha ez az „áldásos” tevékenység nem vezet eredményre, akkor is fenntartják a „nyomást” és adnak olyan utasításokat a vezénylésnek, hogy a többi munkavállaló (autóbuszvezető) lássa, hogy idézem: „így jár aki túl SZAKSZ-os a Gemenc Volánnál”. Ugyanis ez terjed a cégnél, a túl SZAKSZ-osokat kell „levadászni” és akkor majd a többi munkavállaló kilép a SZAKSZ-ból.

Mi tagadás ennek azért már korábban volt eredménye, hiszen 2012. januárjában, Szekszárdon sikerült valakinek elérni, hogy egy napon 87 szakszervezeti tagunk kilépjen a SZAKSZ-ból. A Gemenc Volán Zrt. székháza előtt, 2012. január 18. napján megtartott demonstráción a regionális TV riporterétől tudtuk meg, hogy Amrein Károly akkori vezérigazgató úgy tájékoztatta a TV-t, hogy a mai napon minden munkavállaló aki a Gemenc Volán Zrt-nél dolgozik kilépett a Szolidaritás Autóbusz-közlekedési Szakszervezetből. Akik most a székház előtt demonstrálnak nem a társaság munkavállalói.

A szakszervezet nem is tudott róla, pedig a kilépési szándékot, úgy ahogy a belépést is szakszervezetünkhöz kell a mai napig is eljuttatni. Ezeket a kilépési nyilatkozatokat sem a megyei elnök, sem pedig a SZAKSZ elnöke nem látta, nem kapta kézhez.

Na mindegy ez már a múlt, de azért a mostani ügyek kapcsán érdemes újból elgondolkodni, hogy ki, vagy kik mozgatják újból ezeket a szálakat!

Miért nem állnak le ezek a személyek, miért nem fejezik be szakszervezetünk ellen folytatott tevékenységüket?

Mert „beleköptünk a levesükbe” és nem hagytuk szó nélkül, hogy egy olyan társasággal kötöttek és tartottak fent egy alvállalkozási szerződést, aki feketén foglalkoztatott 107 munkavállalót?

Többek közt az egyik negatív végeredménye az alvállalkozásnak, hogy az alvállalkozó több hónapon keresztűl nem tett eleget járülékfizetési kötelezettségének, a Gemenc Volántól átvett munkavállalók foglalkoztatása során. Mindezek miatt sem hagytuk, hogy 2012. december 31. napjával lejáró alvállalkozási szerződést meghosszabbítsák. A mai napig sincs rendezve az érintett munkavállalók után a nyugdíj és a korkedvezményes nyugdíjjárulék, így a nyugdíjazásuk során probléma adódhat ezeknek a szolgálati időknek az elszámolásával.

Természetesen ezek miatt a SZAKSZ a Gemenc Volán Zrt. akkori felső vezetését is feljelentette a NAV-nál és ebben az ügyben jelenleg is folyik a nyomozás! Ezek után a megsértett személyek minden eszközt felhasználva próbálják szakszervezetünket kiszorítani a Gemenc Volántól, és még nekik áll feljebb!?

A SZAKSZ nem hagyja magát, nem engedi, hogy a munkáltató korlátozza a munkavállalók szabad szervezkedési jogát! Nem hagyjuk, hogy megfélemlítsék, tisztességesen dolgozó szakszervezeti tisztségviselőinket!

Egyes gazdasági vezetők, ha úgy gondolják, hogy érdemes, ezt a tisztességtelen játékot folytatni és ez kifizetődő lesz számukra, tévednek! Nagyon veszélyes ezt a magatartást folytatni, és veszélyeztetni a jelenleg kiegyensúlyozott munkabékét a régióban, ami egyben záloga is lehet a sikeres átalakulásnak.

Felszólítjuk a munkáltatót, hogy vessen véget a felforgató tevékenységének és egyenlő bánásmód szabályaival kezelje, ítélje meg a Dombóvár és Tamási üzemeknél autóbusz-vezetőként dolgozó tisztségviselőinket. Abban az esetben, ha munkájukat becsületesen elvégzik és annak színvonala, nem rosszabb a többi munkavállaló által nyújtott teljesítménytől, ne vegzálja Őket és különböző vezénylési „trükkökkel” ne nehezítse meg munkavégzésüket.

A társaságoknál minden munkavállaló érdeke, hogy a térségben végbemenő változások eredményes lebonyolítását, ne veszélyeztesse ilyen meggondolatlan vezetői villongás és a szakszervezetek a közeljövőben munkáltatóval, a munkavállalók számára előnyös megállapodásokat kössenek.
