A szakszervezetek 10 százalék feletti minimálbér-emelést szeretnének, a cégek ennél kisebb emeléssel szeretnék megúszni.A kormánynak az az érdeke, hogy a munkáltatói és munkavállalói érdekképviseletek egyezségével jöjjön létre a jövő évi minimálbérekről szóló megállapodás – mondta Varga Mihály a Versenyszféra és a Kormány Állandó Konzultációs Fórumának testületi ülésén.
A pénzügyminiszter közölte: a bérmegállapodáson nem kíván változtatni a kormány, hiszen az érdekképviseletek is elismerik, hogy egy eredményes, korábban mindenki által elfogadott egyezség született két évvel ezelőtt.
A miniszter elmondta, a 2016. novemberi hatéves bérmegállapodás, ami a minimálbér és garantált bérminimum érdemi emelését, illetve a munkáltató adók csökkentését tartalmazza, kiemelkedő béremelkedést eredményezett Magyarországon.
A szakszervezetek két számjegyű emelést szeretnének– a kormány szerint ez indokolt –, de a munkaadók ennél kisebb béremelést próbálnak kiharcolni. Igaz, korábban Varga Mihály isarról beszélt: óvatosan kell bánni a minimálbér-emeléssel, mert most még van tér a béremelésre, de az ütem előbb-utóbb elkezd majd lassulni.
