Az autóbuszvezetői állomány fele felvette a fekete pólót, vagy inget – kinek mi volt a ruhatárában – és a mai napon már üzemkezdettől a demonstrációs öltözékben kezdte meg a munkáját. A munkáltató senkit nem mert a szolgálatból leléptetni és haza küldeni, pedig korábban „burkoltan” ezzel fenyegetőzött.
Minden autóbuszvezetőnek – szakszervezeti hovatartozása nélkül – , akik aktívan részt vettek a demonstrációban, köszönöm a bátor kiállást magatokért, kollégáitokért és büszke vagyok Rátok, hogy a fenyegetések ellenére is közreműködésetekkel hozzájárultatok az akció sikeréhez!
Az Uránváros szolgálati helyen, mint SZAKSZ elnök nyilatkoztam a médiáknak a demonstráció céljáról, amire az egyik tudósító azt a kérdést tette fel, hogy tisztában vagyunk-e azzal, hogy a Pécs Város Önkormányzata elvileg és gyakorlatilag is csődbe ment, ezáltal nagyon kétséges, hogy a demonstrációban megfogalmazott követelés teljesülni fog.
A válaszom az volt, hogy mi szakszervezet és pécsi helyijáratos autóbuszvezetők ezt nem tudjuk
figyelembe venni, főleg azért sem, mert nem mi munkavállalók okoztuk az önkormányzat gazdasági csődjét. Nem a pécsi autóbuszvezetők tették padlóra az önkormányzatot!
A pécsi helyijáratot végző autóbuszvezetők eddig kellő türelemmel végezték munkájukat, a szakszervezetek tárgyalásos úton próbálták hónapokon keresztül elérni céljukat, de ez nem járt sikerrel.
Elég ígéretet kaptunk, a türelmünk elfogyott!
A munkabéke fenntartása érdekében kérjük a tulajdonost, hogy annak érdekében, hogy a Tüke Busz Zrt. Igazgatósága a korábban tett ígéretét teljesíteni tudja, az autóbuszvezetők garantált bérminimumra történő ráálláshoz szükséges forrásokat biztosítsa.
