Üzemi tanács és munkavédelmi képviselő választásra kerül sor a Kapos Volán Zrt-nél, 2010. november 4-5-én. Szakszervezetünk, mint a Kapos Volán Zrt-nél egyedüli érdekképviselet jelölt személyeket, tagjaik sorából a testületekbe. A nem szervezett munkavállalók nem indítottak jelölteket a választásokon. Az Üzemi Tanácsba és a Munkavédelmi Bizottságba 9-9 főt kell megválasztani. Az üzemi tanács választáson leadott szavazatok szakszervezetünk reprezentativitását biztosítja a munkáltatónál, így továbbra is kollektív szerződéskötő szakszervezetként biztosíthatjuk a munkatársaink képviseletét, tagjaink jogvédelmét és az eddig elért vívmányok fenntartását.
