Az ÉMKK Zrt-nél Mátészalkán személyforgalmi üzemvezető beosztásban dolgozik egy ember, Nagy János, aki mindent megtesz, hogy beosztottjai körében a közutálata folyamatosan fennmaradjon és beosztottjai undorral menjenek minden nap dolgozni. Miért írom ezt? A „fekete pólós” demonstráció előtti napokban és szeptember 21-én is fenyegetéssel, jegyzőkönyvelésekkel és egyéb nyomásgyakorlással próbálta ez az ember elfojtani a munkavállalók szabad vélemény-nyilvánítását.
Ugyancsak ez a személy az aki, évekkel korábban mondva csinált ürüggyel, és jogellenesen – ezt már az első fokon eljáró bíróság megállapította – kirúgta Virág Sándor forgalmi szolgálattevő kollégánkat, aki egy intézkedésével 504 Ft-os kárt okozott a társaságnak.
Ez az ember egy „főnök” és nem munkahelyi vezető, ahogy egyik kollégánk fogalmazott a fórumon közzétett levelében. Olvassátok csak mi szerinte a különbség és mennyire igaza van!

Tudják mi a különbség a két típus között? Nem? A főnök elvárja a munkát, tudatja milyen büntetésem lesz ha nem végzem jól, a szavai ÉN, TE, a hibást keresi, elvárja hogy tudjam hogyan kell csinálni a munkát, mellette robotolás a munka, elvárja a tiszteletet mert az „jár neki”.
Nézzük a vezetőt, akit én is szeretnék látni magam mellett, mint KOLLÉGÁT: inspirál a munkára, megmutatja mi a jutalmam ha jól végzem a munkát, a szavai MI, a hiba okát keresi, megmutatja hogyan kell csinálni, mellette kaland a munka, TISZTELETNEK ÖRVEND mert jó példával jár elől és rászolgál a tiszteletre!”

A SZAKSZ reméli, hogy a másod fokú bíróság is helyben hagyja a korábban, első fokon meghozott ítéletet.
Abban az esetben, ha a jogerős döntés is elmarasztalja a munkáltatót, akkor mit tesz Ön?
Kártérítési eljárást indít Nagy János ellen, aki kb. tíz milliós kárt okozott a társaságnak, a jogellenes munkáltatói intézkedésével?
Vagy, ha vezetőről van szó ott szó sem lehet kártérítésről és a vezető munkaviszonyának megszüntetéséről, ha a társaságnak kárt okoz?
A szakszervezetünknek csak a malmára hajtják azok a felső vezetők a vizet, akik nem szabadulnak meg azoktól a közép vezetőktől, akik a munkavállalókat az elviselhetetlen magatartásukkal elüldözik a társaságoktól, akik pedig még bírják és maradnak elégedetlenek és a szakszervezet felhívásai mellé állnak, ha az akcióra szólítja őket.
