A VOLÁNBUSZ Zrt. szeptember 5-én 13 órára konzultációra hívta a szakszervezeteket, ahol az integrációs előkészületek további folytatásaként a munkáltató, a Kollektív Szerződés témakörében folytatna egyeztetést, korábban a társaságoknál kollektív szerződést kötő szakszervezetekkel.
Remélhetőleg a konzultációk megtartásával egyre több információkhoz jutnak a szakszervezetek, ami alapján kialakíthatják álláspontjukat, érdekvédelmi stratégiájukat.
A szakszervezetek, csak abban lehetnek érdekeltek, hogy a lehető legjobb megállapodásokat kössék majd meg a VOLÁNBUSZ Zrt-vel.
