A SZAKSZ úgy gondolja, hogy a munkáltatónak, személyre szólóan kell kiszámítani a bérkorrekciókat és ezen eredmények alapján kell megállapítani azt a besorolási bért, ami garantálja azt, hogy az új bérrendszer alkalmazásával a munkavállalók – változatlan foglalkoztatás mellett – ne keressenek kevesebbet, mint a régi bérrendszerrel.
A SZAKSZ a beérkezett információk alapján, azt állapította meg, hogy a munkavállalók nem kapnak megfelelő színvonalú tájékoztatást a munkáltatótól, sőt olyan kritikát fogalmaznak meg egyes vezetők, ami az új bérrendszert erősen és negatívan kritizálja.
Mindezekből adódóan a SZAKSZ elnöke elsőként Baranya megyében ad tájékoztatást az új kollektív szerződésről és azon belül a foglalkoztatási szabályokról és a bérrendszerről.
A munkavállalókkal történő konzultáció, 2015. január 14-én 9 órakor Pécsett kezdődik, majd délután Komlón folytatódik, a pihenőhelyiségekben. Ezek után a többi telephelyen is megszervezzük a megbeszéléseket a munkavállalókkal.
