A KKSZ és a KMSZ – aláírás nélküli röplapján – arról tájékoztatja a munkavállalókat, hogy az általuk megkötött 2015. évi bérmegállapodással, 3,12 % bértömeg fejlesztés fog megvalósulni a régiós társaságoknál. Írják, hogy miután a megállapodást az MNV Zrt. is ellenjegyzi, megkezdődhetnek a régiókban a helyi bértárgyalások.
Ok! Akkor az ÉMKK Zrt. és az ÉNYKK Zrt. bértárgyalásán a SZAKSZ elnöke, képviselni fogja az alapszervezeteink tagjait és a röplap értelmében, minimum 3,12 % alapbérfejlesztés végrehajtását fogja a SZAKSZ igényelni, 2015. január 1. napjától visszamenőleges hatállyal a munkavállalók számára.
Azért minimum ennyit, mivel korábban a KKSZ elnöke kinyilvánította egyik facebookos hozzászóllásában, hogy a közép szintű megállapodástól helyi szinten lehet magasabb mértékű bérmegállapodást kötni.
