Egy menetrend szerinti járatot vezetett, amikor megkapta felmondását az Orange Ways egyik sofőrje. Laufer Lászlónak azt sem engedte meg a munkáltató, hogy azzal a busszal hazatérjen Dombóvárra, amit az eredeti beosztás szerint ő maga vezetett volna, így egy szervizelés utáni üres busszal vitte haza kollégája.

Laufer László ugyanúgy útnak indult ma reggel, mint a többi munkanapján, de kelleetlen meglepetés érte.

Laufer László, elbocsátott buszsofőr:
“Az történt, hogy a feleségem hazaért a munkából, én a délelőtt folyaán már szóltam neki, hogy ha esetleg kapok ilyen levelet akkor ne lepődjön meg, és amikor hazaért, akkor hívott engem, hogy kaptam levelet.”

Ebben pedig a felmondás állt, bár ezt az esti órákig sem tudta még megnézni a buszsofőr. De nem ő az egyetlen, aki kézhez vehette volna a felmondást, ha otthon lett volna. A dombóvári telephelyen dolgoző sofőrök közül háromnak biztosan felmondtak a mai nappal. Laufer László szerint a keddi megmozulás miatt rúgták ki az embereket.

Laufer László, elbocsátott buszsofőr:
“Biztos hogy a keddi attrocitás, tehát az, hogy nem vesszük fel, illetve hogy felvettük a munkát.De biztos, hogy abból kifolyólag. Hogy mi alapján döntötték el, hogy ki lesz az a 7 vagy 8 fő, nem tudom. Mert volt aki azt mondta hogy 7 főt küldtek el, volt aki nyolcat mondott, nem tudom. Nem tudom pontosan, hogy hányan kaptunk ilyen levelet, vagy hogy mi alapján döntötték el, ezt nem tudom. Biztos, hogy nem lehet arra fogni, hogy azok, akik nyilatkoztak esetleg a médiának, mert sem én, sem a kollégám nem nyilatkoztunt és mindketten kaptunk.”

A kirúgott sofőrök csak abban reménykedhetnek, hogy a munkatársak most is ugyanúgy összefognak, mint ahogy kedden tették, amikor járandóságuk kifizetéséért emelték fel a szavukat. Információink szerint: hasonló lépést fontolgatnak most is. Tömeges felmondásra készülnek a sofőrök és ha nem hallgatják meg őket, akkor a szakszervezet más tagjai is – így akár a Kapos Volán dolgozói is – szolidaritásból figyelmeztető megmozdulást tartanak.
