Konkrétabban a fizikai munkakörben dolgozók (autóbuszvezetők, karbantartó szakmunkások) minimum órabére így alakulna: 0-5 év-1070 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 446 fő, szakmunkás: 149 fö), 6-10 év-1105 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 331 fő, szakmunkás: 53 fő), 11-15 év-1150 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 323 fő, szakmunkás: 22 fő), 16-20 év-1200 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 261 fő, szakmunkás: 56 fő), 21-25 év 1240 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 173 fő, szakmunkás: 65 fő), 26-30 év-1260 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 116 fő, szakmunkás: 60 fő), 31-35 év- 1280 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 49 fő, szakmunkás: 80 fő), 36 évtől 1300 Ft/óra (autóbuszvezető: 19 fő, szakmunkás: 89 fő).
A fenti minimumórabérekre történő ráállás azt jelentheti, hogy akik az öt évenként meghatározott szolgálati idő alapján rendelkeznek a bértarifában meghatározott órabérrel, lehetséges, hogy az átlagos 8,7 %-os keresetfejlesztésből nem részesülnek. Továbbá az is előfordulhat, hogy az új rendszer alapján, ennél az átlagnál magasabb mértékű órabéremelésben részesül a munkavállaló.
A fenti adatok ismeretében, mindenki ki tudja számítani, hogy a szolgálati ideje alapján a jelenlegi órabérét figyelembe véve, mennyi keresetfejlesztést kapna a bértarifa alkalmazásával. Vagyis, ha egy munkavállaló 19 éves szolgálati idővel rendelkezik és jelenleg 1100 Ft/órabére van, akkor 100 Ft-os órabéremelésben részesül. A SZAKSZ bérkövetelésének teljesülése esetén ebben az esetben a órabér 165 Ft-al növekedne.
Ezen felül differenciáltan az autóbuszvezetők átlagosan 3,55 %-os, míg a karbantartó szakmunkások 4,18 %-os órabéremelésben részesülnének úgy, hogy a terület bértömegének felosztásáról a helyi jogkörgyakorlók döntenek.
A munkáltató ajánlata a “differenciált” bértömegkeretből, személyre szóló konkrét minimum mértékű órabéremelést nem tartalmaz.
A SZAKSZ ismételten kijelentette, hogy a 2018. év bérfejlesztési igénye a fizikai munkavállalóknál (autóbuszvezető, karbantartó szakmunkások) egységesen, tehát differenciálatlanul 15 % órabéremelés, míg a szellemi munkakörben dolgozóknál 5 %-os besorolási béremelés.
A tárgyalások következő fordulójára 2018. január 12én kerül sor, itt valószínűsíthetően a megállapodásra is sor kerülhet. Abban az esetben, ha a SZAKSZ bérfejlesztési követelése nem teljesül, azt a munkáltató és a társszakszervezetek nem támogatják, akkor nagy a valószínűsége annak, hogy a SZAKSZ nem lesz részese a bérmegállapodásnak.
A napokban az Alapszervezetek elnökei minél több tagunkat megkérdezve, felmérést készítenek arról, hogy továbbra is egyetértenek-e bérkövetelésünk mértékével és annak végrehajtási módjával, a differenciálatlan egységes személyre szóló alapbéremeléssel. A felmérés eredménye lehet a megerősítés, vagy pedig a felhatalmazás a munkáltatói ajánlat elfogadására.
A társaságnál, a fizikai munkakörben egységes 15 %-os személyre szóló keresetfejlesztés, enyhítené az alacsony bérek és a kifogásolható munkahelyi légkör miatt kialakult feszültséget.
