A mai napon, 2011. május 4-én, Kaposváron a Liga Szakszervezetek elnöke Gaskó István részvételével a Kapos Volán Zrt. vezérigazgatója Gál Zoltán és a Kapos Volán Autóbusz-közlekedési Szakszervezet elnöke Dobi István, a munkabéke helyreállítása céljából konzultációs tárgyalást tartottak.
A közel egy órás egyeztetés végeredménye alapján sikerült a nézeteltéréseket tisztázni. A felek megerősítették, hogy a Kapos Volán Zrt.-nél a hatályos Kollektív Szerződés 2. számú mellékletében foglalt együttműködési megállapodás alapján képzelik el a jövőben az együttműködésüket. Mindkét fél, a munkáltató és a szakszervezet is elkötelezte magát, hogy az együttműködési megállapodásban vállalt kötelezettségeit betartja. A tárgyalás eredménnyel záródott, a munkáltató a tagdíjat a szakszervezeti tagoktól levonja és a munkaidő kedvezmény pénzbeni megváltással együtt a szakszervezet bankszámlájára, átutalja.
Mivel teljesült a szakszervezet elvárása, így a 2011. május 17-ére meghirdetett munkalassító sztrájk megtartására nem kerül sor.
