Az FDSZ elnöke 5 hónappal korábban, 2018. április 3. napján megjelent Facebook kommentjében, bírálta a SZAKSZ által meghirdetett demonstrációt: „Most komolyan! Az az érzésem, hogy mintha szándékosan tennének keresztbe a béremeléssel kapcsolatban! Most, hogy közel lehet a megállapodás, most gyorsan szerveznek egy demonstrációt a béremelésért a Tüke szabályai ellen, holott a Tüke már beleegyezett! Érti ezt valaki? Hol voltak eddig? Miért nem akkorra szerveznek valamit a Tulajdonos ellen, amikor esetleg elutasítja a béremelést? Magyarázza már meg valaki!”

 

A Tüke Busz vezetése, 2018. június 28-án megtartott egyeztetésen ígéretet tett arra, hogy 2018. augusztus 1. napjával további béremelésre kerül sor, amivel a társaságnál az autóbuszvezetők minimum órabére nem lehet kevesebb 1038 forintnál. Akkor a munkáltató arra is ígéretet tett, hogy augusztusban elkezdi a szakszervezetekkel a bértárgyalásokat, mivel a tarifaemelések megteremtik a bérfejlesztés anyagi lehetőségét. Többszöri reklamációnkra, hogy miért nem kezdődnek meg a hivatalos egyeztetések a béremelésről, a Tüke Busztól azt a választ kaptuk, hogy szükséges az önkormányzat döntését megvárni, ami engedélyezi a bérfejlesztés végrehajtását.

 

A Tüke Busz Zrt. vezetésének ígérete és az FDSZ elnökének a türelmet kérő nyilatkozata után az autóbuszvezetők bizakodva várták az augusztusi bérkifizetésüket, de abban nem jelent meg az 1038 forintnak megfelelő órabéremelés. Miután egyre hangosabban és ingerültebben kérték számon az autóbuszvezetők, hogy miért nem teljesült a munkáltató által is beígért bérfejlesztés, azt a választ kapták, hogy az önkormányzati testület, 2018. szeptember 19. napján fog dönteni a Tüke Busz Zrt. autóbusz-vezetőinek béremeléséről.

 

A SZAKSZ türelmetlenül várja a 2018. szeptember 19. napját és az önkormányzat döntését és bízik abban, hogy annak végeredményével – az autóbuszvezetők körében is – a bérfejlesztés megvalósul a Tüke Busznál.

 

Mindezek mellett azért magyarázza meg már nekünk valaki, hogy miért kell a munkavállalóknak a beígért béremeléstől számítva még három hónapot várni arra, hogy a tulajdonos ezzel kapcsolatban meghozza döntését? Közben egyre növekszik a fluktuáció, egyre több autóbuszvezető hagyja el a társaságot és keres máshol munkát, ami a munkaerőhiány okozta feszültségeket tovább növeli.

 

Nem is merek rá gondolni, de mi van akkor, ha a szeptember 19. napján összeülő testület nem támogatja azt az előterjesztést, ami jóváhagyja a Tüke Busz bérfejlesztését?

 

Ebben az esetben a SZAKSZ-nak az a véleménye, hogy a tűzzel játszik az, aki a munkavállalók bizalmával visszaél, hitegeti és becsapja Őket!

 

Itt és most kérjük a döntéshozókat, hogy a testületi ülésen a támogató szavazataikkal tegyék lehetővé azt, hogy a Tüke Busz autóbuszvezetői is megkapják a garantált bérminimum szerinti 1038 forint minimum órabérbesorolást, amit az alágazatban (Volán társaságok) kollégáik már évek óta megkapnak.
