Kikérem a magam, az ÜT tagok és a helyi szakszervezeti vezetők nevében azt a feltételezést, hogy a kilépésüket nem önszántukból tették. Ugyan úgy, ahogy Önök, amikor kiléptek a KKSZ-ből “egy nap alatt”.

Anno Szekszárdon nem egy nap alatt léptek be a munkavállalók a szakszervezetbe, ha visszaemlékszik, például Ön nem is tartozott azok közé, akik előkészítették és megszervezték a találkozót a buszvezetőkkel, ahol döntés született arról, hogy belépnek a „DÁM” Szakszervezetbe. Ez után a szakszervezettel, a munkavállalók folyamatosan létesítették a tagsági jogviszonyukat. Arra pedig, nem nagyon volt példa, hogy egy szervezetből minden tag egy helyen és időben „szabad elhatározásából” kilépjen úgy, hogy erről a „lépésről” még az előző napon nem is tudott. Az is érdekes, hogy Önök többszöri felszólítás ellenére sem voltak hajlandóak a kilépési nyilatkozatokat, amit a tagok 2012. január 18. napján aláírtak, a szakszervezet részére megküldeni.
Az nagyon rossz példa, amit Ön említ, hogy a KKSZ-ből – anno – a Kapos Volán alapszervezetének tagjai egy nap alatt léptek ki, ez nem így történt. Azt a döntést, amit a tagság képviseletét ellátó Választmány hozott megelőzte egy teljes körű felmérés és közel három hónapos előkészület után következett be az, hogy minden egyes tag egyetértésével egy új szakszervezet jött létre és abban kívánták tagsági viszonyukat fenntartani.
Miszler Miklós úr 2012. december 20. napján, Szekszárdon egy egyeztetés keretén belül, – ahol előkerült a tagság egy nap alatt történő kiléptetése – a következőket mondta „ a munkavállalók itt az irodaépület tárgyalótermében döntötték el 2012. január 18án, hogy kilépnek a szakszervezetből” . Erre én megkérdeztem Miszler úrtól, itt volt az összes tag, mert én úgy tudom, hogy akkor az Üzemi Tanács ülésezett. Erre már nem tudott válaszolni és elég idegesen elterelte a beszélgetést erről a témáról.
De emlékezzünk vissza egy kicsit, hogy mi is történ akkortájt. Önnel még a demonstrációt megelőző estén is beszéltem telefonon és egy szóval nem említette, hogy másnap minden tag kilép a szakszervezetből. Még meg is kérdezte tőlem, hogy kijöjjenek-e az üzemi tanács ülésről a demonstrációra, mivel a Gemenc Volántól senki nem mer megjelenni, mert a vezetők megfenyegették a munkavállalókat, hogy aki ott lesz, azt kirúgják. Ezt nekem és Dávid úrnak is említette és azt is mondta, hogy fényképeket fognak készíteni az irodaépületből. (Ez így is volt, egy személy több fényképet készített a demonstráció alatt.) Erre én azt válaszoltam Önnek, akkor nem tartom fontosnak, hogy részt vegyenek a demonstráción. A legelviselhetetlenebb, és számunkra megalázó az volt, hogy a Tolnatáj TV, aznap esti hírműsorában az a közlemény hangzik el, hogy a demonstráción a Gemenc Volán Zrt. munkavállalói közül senki nem vett részt, és a demonstrációt megtartó szakszervezetből a mai napon, mindenki kilépett, aki a Gemenc Volán Zrt-nél dolgozik. A TV, hogy tudta azt megállapítani, hogy a demonstrálók munkaviszonyban állnak, vagy nem állnak a Gemenc Volánnal? Érdekes! Valószínűleg, az elkészített fényképekből, vagy Sáhó úr Ön tájékoztatta erről Amrein urat?
Tehát így kerek a történet. Mi történt az irodaépületben, erről tájékoztasson engem és a munkatársait. Mikor volt őszinte, akkor mikor teljes mellbedobással a szakszervezetünk mellé állt és a célkitűzések megvalósításában egy rövid ideig segítette szakszervezetünket, vagy ami 2012. január 18-a után történt. Emlékezzen vissza, milyen lelkesedéssel dolgozott Ön is azon, hogy Miszler és Böcz urakat visszahívjuk a felügyelő bizottságból. Milyen aktívan segítette szakszervezetünk munkáját és a honlapon megjelent cikket kinyomtatva a faliújságon elhelyezve, tájékoztatta a tagságot.
Mindegy, ez akkor volt! Sok két arcú ember létezik, így mindig benne van a pakliban a csalódás lehetősége is, amikor egy emberrel találkozunk és kialakítunk vele egy munkakapcsolatot. Most már látjuk az Ön valódi arcát.
