A SZAKSZ és az AKSZSZ is elfogadhatatlannak tartja, hogy a KKSZ és a Munkástanács két éve úgy módosította a munkáltatói szövetséggel az alágazati kollektív szerződést, hogy eltörölték azt a kötelező előírást, miszerint az adott évi bértárgyalásokat január 31. napjáig, kivételes indokolt esetekben február 28. napjáig be kell fejezni. Mióta a határidő eltörlésre került a munkáltatói szövetség minden év április, május hónapokban állapodik meg a kollektív szerződést kötő szakszervezetekkel az adott évi – igencsak megalázó alacsony- bérfejlesztésben.
Az AKSZSZ a héten alágazati kollektív szerződés módosítást terjeszt elő, ami a fent említett határidők visszaállítására tesz javaslatot.
Újból felhívjuk a munkavállalók figyelmét arra, hogy a VOLÁN társaságoknál dolgozó munkavállalók érdekét az szolgálná, ha a KKSZ és a Munkástanács felmondaná a közép szintű megállapodást, a munkáltatói szövetséggel. A felmondás után pedig az összes reprezentatív szakszervezettel együtt kezdődhetnének el az új kollektív szerződésről a tárgyalások, a munkáltatókkal.
Nem teljes körű felsorolás mellett, például a jelenleg hatályos kollektív szerződés teszi lehetővé, hogy 50 Km járathossz alatt is alkalmazzák a társaságok a rendelkezésre állási időt, az osztott pihenőidőt és azt, hogy 12 órával korábban is módosíthassa a munkáltató a vezénylést úgy, hogy nem számol el erre az időre 50 %-os pótlékot, az autóbuszvezetők számára.
