A SZAKSZ és a V-Busz Kft. vezetése között a saját hibás balesetek okozta kár megtérítésével kapcsolatban jogvitára került sor. A V-Busz Kft. és a SZAKSZ között 2018. decemberében megkötött kollektív szerződés, a közvetlen kártérítés (fizetési felszólítás) mértékét, 50 000 Ft-ban maximalizálta.
A munkáltató által korábban közölt adatok alapján, majdnem 100 olyan eset történt, amivel kapcsolatban akár több százezer forintos kár megtérítésére is kötelezné közvetlenül az autóbuszvezetőit, a V-Busz Kft. A társaság kollektív szerződése alapján ezt nem teheti meg, mivel minden esetben, amikor a munkáltató részéről a kártérítési igény az 50 000 Ft-ot meghaladja, azt csak bírósági úton érvényesítheti.
A SZAKSZ úgy értesült, hogy a V-Busz Kft. által korábban megbízott műszaki szakműhely a balesetben károsult autóbuszok javítása során felhasznált anyag, alkatrész, valamint munkaidő elszámolás körül, a munkavállalók részéről kifogások és kétségek merültek fel.
Mindezek alapján a SZAKSZ már korábban kérte Pálinkás urat és kérte a számlák áttekintését és szűrőpróbaszerű ellenőrzését, főleg az anyag, alkatrész felhasználással kapcsolatban.
A mai naptól számítva kérek minden V-Busz-nál dolgozó autóbuszvezetőt, hogy semmilyen nyilatkozatot ne írjanak alá, ami a saját hibás kárral kapcsolatban akar a munkáltató átvetetni. A kártérítési határozat, vagy fizetési felszólítást senki ne vegye át, kérje a lakcímre a dokumentum kipostázását.
Nagyon fontos, hogy a fizetési felszólítás tartalmával – ami több százezer forintról is szólhat – tisztában legyetek és ezért fontos az, hogy azzal kapcsolatban milyen tartalmú nyilatkozatot iratnak veletek alá, amit később már szinte lehetetlen megváltoztatni.
